Our development home was founded with the intention of providing the support that was once missing in the founder's own life. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of growing up in unstable conditions, the founder, understands the importance of having a positive role model and a safe space for youth to heal. Her personal journey through abuse and hardship drives her to create the very support system she once needed.

Having spent 26 years helping youth navigate difficult circumstances, She is deeply committed to their mission. Her passion for giving back to the community has led to the creation of a concrete support system where the youth can thrive. With her experience in providing counseling, education, and life skills groups, she offers more than just a place to stay—she offers a chance for a fresh start.

As a woman of faith, the founder, integrates Christ-centered values into the programs, ensuring that each individual is not only supported emotionally and physically but spiritually as well.
